Implementing Andon Digital Alert provides operators with the ability to instantly alert staff members or teams with notifications showing where the issue is and who is required to attend.
Andon Digital Alert is designed to be a simple to implement alerting system for production and warehousing facilities that need to alert teams or individuals when issues occur.
Each touch screen button can be configured to call individual or multiple staff members, when called staff will receive the message sent along with the location of the calling unit.
Andon Digital Alert offers the site total control with sites being able to configure the system to their own needs, if your requirements change then Andon Digital Alert can change with you.

Alerting Quality Control or Production Engineering to attend to rectify an issue or stores to supply items can be time consuming, with Andon Digital Alert an operator can communicate with the correct team or staff member by the simple touch of an on screen button.
When staff member is called they will be alerted on their wireless smart receiver with a message such as “Machine Station Four Quality Issue”, “Area Ten parts Required”, you decide what message you would like to send for every button.

What’s Involved to implement the System?
Andon Digital Alert has been developed to offer the most effective communication whilst being easy to implement. Andon Digital Alert touch screens can be connected to your sites Wi-Fi network or connected via ethernet, using Wi-Fi means that there is no cabling required simply plug in and they are ready to use.
Communication with the receivers takes place via the messaging hub, the messaging hub is connected to the sites network and can be located centrally in a convenient location.
One of the key points when developing Andon Digital Alert was to ensure it could be installed without disruption to the facility most of the configuration of the system takes place in our workshop prior to despatch.
All systems are commissioned by our engineers and full on site training is provided.
