Integration of ServerCall kitchen to wait staff paging enables wait staff to be alerted automatically when an order is ready for collection from the kitchen, The Logwood kitchen management system instantly notifies the appropriate staff member by signalling their pager, this operation is seamless and requires no manual intervention from kitchen staff.

Integration of Pager Call’s GuestCall customer pagers with the recently released Restaurant Reservation System from Logwood offers automatic customer paging to call customers waiting for a table. Text2Seat offers the ability to efficiently control restaurant tables and queues with the status displayed on an easy to read graphical display. Text2Seat also provides the restaurant with a sophisticated reservation system with the option of allowing customers to book tables via the web or input by the restaurant, if required the system will send an automatic text message to the diner’s mobile phone with a confirmation of their reservation.

With Pager Call’s TableScout wireless hand held unit, table status can be updated directly from the restaurant floor with the updated status showing live on Logwood’s Text2Seat table reservation system.
